Anne and Dale Pizel

When they are not selling real estate they are enjoying the outdoors; riding the high country, skiing, team roping. We bought Broken Arrow Ranch in 1995 as a place to raise our two daughters with their horses, chickens, rabbits, pigs, cats and other furry creatures. We are committed to this small mountain community, and have held positions on the local school board, fairgrounds board, local bank board, chamber of commerce and Creede’s child care center, to name a few.  We are longtime sponsors of the Creede Repertory Theatre, we support the school athletics, and have spent time assisting with various local non-profits over the past 30 years.  Our priorities are our family, our community and our business.

Susan Urrutia

Hey there! I'm Susan, Anne's licensed personal assistant here at Broken Arrow Ranch & Land. I made the move to Creede 11 years ago and haven't looked back since. This place stole my heart with its breathtaking landscapes and warm community spirit. In between assisting Anne and immersing myself in the beauty of this area, I cherish every moment with my husband and two beautiful girls, aged 4 and 10. They bring so much joy and excitement to my life, whether we're exploring the trails together or simply enjoying cozy moments at home. We can't wait to help you on your next adventure, whether it be purchasing a plot of land, finding your dream home, or assisting you in selling!

Leigh Anne Lobato

I live and love Colorado through the outdoor experiences of recreational opportunities in endless miles of public lands by hiking, biking, x-country skiing, and a disciplined daily practice of Yoga. I am small town oriented helping to connect community members with one another through social and local events, and gatherings of businesses and various organizations.
